Personalized guidance for energy, gut health, skin, and stress. The monthly option includes a custom meal and supplement guide, grocery list, and weekly check-ins.

Strategy Session — $150 (120 min)
A deep dive into your brand, goals, and aligned next steps, with a custom action plan to take with you.
Content Support — $500/month (8 social posts) or $225/email for newsletters
Branded graphics, captions, and email campaigns written in your voice, so your audience stays warm without you starting from scratch.
Virtual Admin Support — $75/hour (minimum 6 hours)
Calendar management, inbox support, research, and behind-the-scenes business tasks.
Website or Sales Page Audit — $450
A full review of your site or sales page for messaging, alignment, and conversion, with recommendations and minor edits included.
