The Soulful Suite
The Soulful Suite
Whole-person support for the entrepreneur who refuses to choose between their wellbeing and their work.
You are not just a business owner. You are a human being running a business, and everything is connected. Your energy affects your output. Your nourishment affects your clarity. Your inner alignment affects your brand. The Soulful Suite is the only place where all of it is held, all at once.
Most support stops at one thing.
A coach works on your mindset. A VA handles your tasks. A nutritionist addresses your body. A brand consultant touches your visuals and moves on. None of them are talking to each other, and none of them are seeing you as a whole.
The result: you make progress in one area and fall behind in another. You feel supported in sessions and scattered the rest of the time. Your business grows but your body and spirit can't keep up.
There is another way.
Three Pillars
-
Holistic nutrition, wellness support, and lifestyle alignment — because a depleted human cannot build a thriving business.
-
Deep coaching, identity work, and creative confidence — so your brand reflects who you actually are right now.
-
Brand identity, website design, content, newsletters, and virtual support — the hands-on execution that brings it all to life.
No one else does this. That's the point.
Sarah Deavitt holds a BFA in Music Theatre from Carnegie Mellon and has spent years developing a practice that weaves together holistic nutrition, anti-diet wellness, business guidance, brand identity, and creative coaching into one integrated offering.
She is a guide to other guides, meaning she works with coaches, creatives, and entrepreneurs who need someone who can see the full picture. Some refer to her as their “Goddess of Operations”! Someone who understands that your autoimmune flare is connected to your launch stress. That your brand confusion is connected to your identity. That your to-do list paralysis is connected to your nervous system.
The Soulful Suite isn't a package. It's a partnership.
What’s Included
Weekly coaching and meeting A 60-minute session every week to work on what's real for you right now: mindset, strategy, nervous system, brand, whatever the week calls for. No prescribed curriculum, just consistent, dedicated time.
Dedicated pillar support Hours devoted each month to whichever pillar, Nourish, Clarify, or Build, is most needed in your business right now. This isn't one-size-fits-all; it flexes to meet you where you are.
Onboarding and intake A 90-minute session to map your full picture: your body, your brand, your business, and where they're currently out of sync. This becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
Email and text support Ongoing access between sessions, so you're never holding a question or a spiral alone until your next call.
Want more? Content calendars, newsletter campaigns, brand overhauls, virtual assistance, and systems support are all available as add-ons alongside your retainer. [See A La Carte options →]

Why a retainer, not an hourly package
Hourly work is built for tasks. Whole-person support is an ongoing relationship, and it works best when neither of us is counting minutes. A retainer means you get consistent weekly time, dedicated pillar support, and a guide who's already tracking the full picture of your business and your wellbeing, without a meter running or a scope negotiation every time something new comes up. You show up with what's real that week, and the space is already held for it. And if something extra comes up, you can always add it on.
The Investment
This is for you if you are tired of fragmented support and ready for one trusted guide who sees the whole picture.
This is for you if your body has been sending signals your calendar keeps ignoring.
This is for you if your brand no longer feels like you, and you're not quite sure when that happened.
This is for you if you have big ideas and not enough hours, hands, or energy to bring them to life.
This is for you if you are a creative, an entrepreneur, a woman in transition, or all three at once.
This is for you if you believe that how you feel and how your business looks and runs are not separate conversations.

Retainer spots are limited. I keep my roster intentionally small so every client receives my full presence and attention. If something in you resonated with what you read here, let's talk.
